Wednesday, the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled the “Safer at Home Order” issued by Governor Evers/Department of Health and Human Services (DHS) was no longer in effect and allowed for restrictions for non-essential businesses and on travel to be lifted. However, the ruling also specifically excluded the section of the order that called for school closure for purposes of instruction and extra/co-curricular activities. Here is a letter to district residents from Ithaca Superintendent, Julie Prouty, concerning that ruling.
