Ithaca Middle School Student Council is asking for help. We are collecting items for our annual Elf Shop. For those of you who don't know what this is, elementary students get to come shop for their parents for Christmas. They purchase a gift for their parents (1 for each) at the cost of 25-50 cents each item. The elf shop has a slight change this year. It will run December 18 from 3:15 - 5:15 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room. Parents will be asked to please stay in hallway as the MPR will be a "No Parent Zone" to ensure the surprise. More information will come out soon.
The student council then wraps the presents so it is a total surprise. How can we do this? This is where you all come in handy. We are looking for donations of gently used or brand new items that you no longer want or use. Some examples are listed below.
~coffee cups ~candles ~re-gifted items ~lotions ~tools ~jewelry ~body spray/cologne ~scarves ~dishes ~puzzles ~$ as we can go purchase items
If you have anything or would like to help, please let me know. I am willing to make arrangements to pick up items. You can also mail items to the school with attn: Samantha Hilby on them. Or you can drop them off the school. Thank you for any and all help. We greatly appreciate it!
