This message is from the Ithaca School District. Due to the inclement weather in our area, the Ithaca District will be closed today. No classes will be held in the Ithaca district.

Tonight's meet at River Ridge has been postponed due to weather. A rescheduled date has not been determined, should Ithaca be able to attend. Track-sters will still practice tonight at Ithaca 3:30pm. Thursday Ithaca will travel to RC for the GRIT meet. Details soon to follow. Stay tuned!

Good luck to the Ithaca/Weston High School Track & Field team tonight, Apr 2 as they travel to River Ridge to compete. Field events start at 4:15, and running events start at 4:45. Please release the athletes at 2:10 today for the meet.
From Mrs. Burnley:
There will be an FBLA meeting in Mrs. Burnley’s room on Tuesday, April 2 during Attack. Permission slips for SLC will be distributed and final plans will be made for next week. It is very important that you attend the meeting.

There is a National Honor Society meeting in the Library on Wednesday, April 3 during Attack.

FCA Huddle will meet Thursday, April 4 at 7am. Join us for pancakes and an encouraging devotion! All are welcome!

Popcorn Friday will be this Friday, April 5. Elementary students, your classroom teacher will take your order and money. Middle School and High School students you will be able to purchase yours during breakfast, at the end of your hallways. Cost is $0.50 per bag, limit 2 bags per person. Mrs Mary Lins has touched many lives over her time at Ithaca! A graduate herself, she returned to teach and after a brief time away came back to the classroom following an unexpected need. Today we wish Mrs Lins a very happy 95th birthday!


March is Athletic Trainers month. Lindsey Tollakson (primary trainer) and Bri Heniadis are the sports trainers at Ithaca.

Ithaca Band students in Florida are definitely experiencing more pleasant weather than we are at home. And such fun! Today they wrap up their time in Florida with more exploring before they start their return trip home.







Yesterday, the Ithaca Band students who traveled to Florida performed at Disney on the Waterside Stage. During their performance, the audience experienced the backdrop of the Rainforest Cafe Volcano eruption. Bravo, musicians!
