The first Friday Popcorn of the year will be this Friday, Sept. 20. Cost is 50 cents a bag limit 2 bags per student please. We will come around at Attack time with teacher permission. Proceeds will go to the 2nd grade class.

Dear Parents & Caregivers, The school year is off to a great start! All of the sports seasons are in full swing, and the students are settling in on their academic pursuits! This Friday, (September 20th) is the STUDENT PUPIL COUNT. Wisconsin public school districts are required to count students for membership purposes. Basically, this is how the Ithaca school district is compensated monetarily for each student. Please have your student in school this coming Friday (September 20th). Remember to mark your calendars for September 28th for our Ithaca school fair and the Homecoming football game vs North Crawford! It will be a great time to see former classmates and renew friendships! On Friday, November 1st we will be having a “Distracted Driving” presentation in the HS gym. On Monday, September 16th we will welcome speaker Grant Denton to Ithaca. Grant works with an organization called Think Kindness. Think Kindness is a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring measurable acts of kindness around the globe. Each year they speak to over 100,000 students and have documented over 1.5 million acts of kindness. Parents, teachers, and students are all invited to come listen to Grant's awesome message! The elementary assembly will be at 1:00 and Middle/ High will be at 2:00.

The Bulldog Block Challenge is back! No pre-registration required - just show up and register that morning at 7 AM, Sept. 28 at the Ithaca Town Garage. $20 per person, no discounts. Max. per family is $60. Race begins at 8 AM. T-Shirts and “goody-bags” will be given to the first 45 participants who arrive. (Your t-shirt size not guaranteed). Bulldog Block Challenge
It’s time for youth football. All Ithaca players 4th-6th grade are encouraged to participate. No sign up needed just show up Thursday September 12th. Practices will be Thursday evenings 5:30-7pm for six weeks. Just bring a concussion form filled out. You can print them from the school website under sports info. Try to show up earlier the first night to get your gear and turn in form.
