Birthday weekend
May 1st is also School Lunch Hero Day! We want to honor the food service staff who tirelessly prepare meals for our students. During the closure, they have been assembling meals for our pick up program. This week, they set a milestone with preparing meals for 244 students. They have a few extras ready each day, so that total for meals was 490! You read that right! Thank you everyday, but especially thank you for promoting healthy eating, promoting our food program, and sustaining the many layers of our food supply chain. Thank you School Lunch HEROES!

Today is May Day! And for our final day of Virtual Spirit Week, it's take a paper flower to a neighbor. Yesterday was Hat Day. Deegan wore the luck of the Irish. You can hardly see Scout under her pretty hat. Rhiya "bear-ly" got into her hat. Juliet is ready for her day of work.

A reminder that today between 10:00am and 6:00pm you may drop off completed work and pick up work in the Commons. Teachers would have been communicating if you have work to pick up. We ask you to enter at the main door, use hand sanitizer upon entry, maintain social distancing courtesies, and follow instructions to exit out the middle school door.

Attention families of Seniors! We are asking for feedback regarding Graduation for Class of 2020 Seniors. This form will help administration and the School Board make decisions that will help determine how our district will celebrate our seniors. Please be aware that per the "safer at home" order, we are not allowed to have more than 10 people at an organized event for school until after June 30, 2020. We would prefer to have a traditional graduation, but right now, that does not look possible. Thank you in advance for your participation by completing the survey. We are asking the parents and guardians of current seniors about their opinion. Seniors will have a survey also. As of April 27, 2020, we are NOT allowed to have school-sponsored activities on grounds until at least June 30, 2020. Due to insurance, the outdoor theater is not possible. A link is found below, and it is also found on our "News" tab under the article discussing this survey. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScQw1rdp90EKz2EJ0qg0QVeojJke3gcnKaF6bKPuhaYlVll0Q/viewform
