The Ithaca School Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization set up to receive tax exempt charitable donations for projects in the Ithaca School. Some of our projects that we have assisted with in the past have included chromebooks, lights on the softball field, supplies for the special education department, the playground container, Joy's buddy benches, and most recently a plaque to commemorate the Dr. Ken Solis excellence in teaching recipients. The Foundation is also in charge of the Community and Athletic Hall of Fame in the display case to the left as you enter the building and the senior class displays near the gym. Our annual fundraiser is the Bulldog Block Challenge held each year the morning of the Ithaca School Fair. We have also hosted Trivia Night, Paint Night, and a Mystery Dinner fundraiser. One of our big projects we'd like to fund is a digital sign by the road listing all the school events. If you would like to join the Ithaca School Foundation and help direct where funds are spent and help organize other fundraisers, contact President Kevin Hauser at krhauserwork@gmail.com. You do not have to be an alumni of the Ithaca district to join and there are no dues or fees. We meet a few times per year as needed to organize fundraisers. See our booth in the gym at the Ithaca Fair for more information!

Go, Coach Brenda! Ithaca/Weston High School track and Richland Center/Ithaca High School Cross Country coach, Brenda Walton is in France preparing to compete in the World Ironman race. If you'd like to follow along with her progress, download the IRONMAN Athlete Tracker app or keep up on the Ithaca/Weston Track and Field FB page as we try to post updates. If you remember, Brenda survived a cardiac event while she was competing in Utah at the 2022 World Ironman competition. She rehabbed and trained to qualify for this competition, and we are so grateful to see her reach this achievement. Just getting there is quite the blessing! We are so proud of you and will be cheering you on from home. Congratulations and good luck! "Make Good Choices, Brenda!"
