Great things are happening at Ithaca! Ms. Dosher’s 1st grade class celebrated the 100th Day of school by making 100th day crowns and taking on a 100 word challenge, among other fun activities. Together, the students came up with 100 different words and celebrated with some "I'm 100 days smarter" treats. Our Bulldogs make learning FUN!

February is CTE (Career Technical Education) Month! What is CTE? Career Technical Education provides an important pathway to success for high school students and offers each student opportunities to personalize his or her education based on their career interests and unique learning needs. CTE also provides students with not only career and academic skills, but soft skills that are needed for the modern workplace. Let us start celebrating CTE month by recognizing the people who make the CTE department possible in our school! Thank you- Ms. Sprecher, Mr. Nee, Mrs. Burnley, Mrs. Kershner, Mrs. Deitelhoff and Ms. Bevan for preparing our students for their next step after high school. We appreciate the work you do everyday to make sure all students are career ready!

It's School Bus Driver Appreciation Week! Show our spectacular bus drivers some extra appreciation this week as we thank them for all they do for our students, school, and community. When you see them next, thank our regular route drivers Mike Hutchison, Bill Kloehn, and Frank Schuh, as well as substitute drivers Troy Clary, Tammie Fry, Crystal Layton, Rick Manning, and Ron Richards. In Wisconsin, there are more than 12,000 school bus drivers who safely transport more than 400,000 students to and from school each school day and travel a total average of 144 million miles a year. School Bus Driver Appreciation Week is an excellent opportunity for parents, students, teachers, motorists, school bus operations, school administrators, and other interested parties to show their appreciation to school bus drivers. These drivers are true heroes ensuring Wisconsin’s students have a safe and reliable ride to school and home every day.
