From Mr. Herbst: Audience: All high school students - Semester exam schedules for Wed, May 29 and Thur, May 30, 2024, have been emailed and shared with students and families along with information regarding expectations during the semester exam dates. Make-up exams for excused absences are scheduled for Fri, May 31, 2024 at a time TBA with your teacher(s).
From the Kitchen: Audience: All high school students - To ensure an accurate lunch count for food preparation, students who intend to eat lunch at school during semester exams will need to sign-up with Annette by the end of the school day on Tue, May 28. If you sign up for but do not eat school lunch, then you will still be charged, since a lunch was prepared for you.
From the Business Office: Audience: All Seniors - Please remember that all dues, fines, and food service account balances must be paid in full prior to receiving your diploma. If you have any questions, please contact the school office.
From Mrs. Burnley: There will be an FBLA meeting during ATTACK today, Wed. May 22 in Mrs. Burnley’s room. This will be the last FBLA meeting of the school year. If you are in FBLA, it is extremely important that you attend this meeting. The last two meetings have been canceled since there were not enough members at the meeting for a quorum. We have some final expenses for the year that need to be voted on and we need to elect officers for next year. FBLA members, please attend today’s meeting during ATTACK.
From Ms. Bevan: Students in grades 8-11: Your scheduling session with teachers will be on Thur, May 23. We will run on a one-hour delay schedule. Seniors do not have to report until 8:55 a.m. If you have scheduling questions, please stop down before Thursday.
From Mr. Kelly: There will be a football meeting for those interested in playing next fall during ATTACK on Fri, May 24 in Mr. Kelly's room.
From the Sophomore Class Advisers: Many of you have not paid your dues for the year yet. You must pay them by Tue, May 28. Check your email for a list of those with outstanding dues.
From Ms. Durkin: All middle and high school art students, please pick up your artwork in the art room this week and next. Anything left in the art room on Fri, May 31 will be recycled.
From the Ithaca Technology department: The technology department will NOT be loaning out ANY Chromebooks the final week of school (May 28—May 31). We have finals that week, so make sure you bring YOUR assigned device with you as none will be available. Also, during the final week we will be turning in Chromebooks after all classes no longer have a need for students to have a device. Please remember, you were assigned a device, bag, and charger. When we run our device check-in, if any one of these are not present your family will be billed for a replacement. Seniors, we will be collecting your devices before graduation practice, so please be prepared to turn in devices at that time.
