Ithaca School District's Title 1 Program and PTSO welcome you to participate in Family Literacy Night featuring Author Mike McNair on Monday, October 28th!
Mike McNair is a former Richland Center High School guidance counselor turned author. For this literacy event, he will include the unprecedented way he became a writer along with discussing humorous selections from his memoir. His goal is to encourage students to pen their own stories. As McNair puts it, “It’s a crime to wait until you’re almost 60 to begin writing.”
Please join us for a free dinner beginning at 5:00 in the Commons, sponsored by the PTSO. Mike’s presentation will be from 5:30-6:30. Each family attending will receive one of Mike’s autographed books absolutely FREE, sponsored by the Title 1 Department & PTSO!
