History of Breakout and Space Cadet Pinball

Breakout was originally a arcade game developed and publish by Atari with a initial release date of May 13th 1976. It was designed by Steve Wozniak who got most of the inspiration from another Atari game Pong. Breakout became a commercial success becoming on of the top five grossing arcade games of 1976. Breakout's concept influenced other games such as Taito's Arkanoid, Wild Tangent's Blaster Ball, and more !

Space Cadet Pinball was originally part of a different game called Full Tilt! Pinball developed by Cinematronics and published by Maxis in 1995. Space Cadet was one of three pinball tables a player could play. However, Space Cadet was the only one that became bundle with various different versions of Microsoft Windows. Space Cadet was removed due to a bug found during the development of the 64-bit versions of Windows XP. This made Windows XP the last version of this game available
